1.1. These Regulations for the Lottery (hereafter referred to as the "Regulations") are an inseparable component of the Lotto Nigeria Account Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as the "Terms").
1.2. These Regulations govern the conduct of Games played using Tickets acquired either through the website or physical outlets.
1.3. In the event of any inconsistency among the various documents on the Website concerning the rules of the Game, the specific Game rules shall take precedence, followed by these Regulations, and then the Terms.
2.1. Fixed Prize – A predetermined Prize in a Draw.
2.2. Funds – The monetary sum generated by the Company from Ticket sales after deducting selling expenses.
2.3. Line – A row of numbers on a Ticket.
2.4. Pari-mutuel Prize – A Prize in a Draw that is divided among all Winning Tickets.
2.5. Prize Pool – The total sum of money designated for a particular Draw.
2.6. Winning Numbers – Five (5) primary numbers and two (2) random numbers selected in a Draw.
2.7. Winning Ticket – A Ticket containing at least one Line matching the Winning Numbers, thereby qualifying for a Prize, subject to the conditions outlined in these Regulations and the Terms.
2.8 All other terms retain the definitions provided in the Terms.
3.1. The World Million Game requires a ₦200 payment per Line. In case of multiple Lines on a Ticket, the Game price equals the single Line price multiplied by the number of Lines.
3.2. Games are held every Tuesday and Friday at 8:45 PM CEST.
3.3. If a Ticket purchase made via your Account is not reflected in the Transaction History and/or your Account due to a potential error, the Ticket will not be entered into any Draw.
4.1. A Ticket containing the Winning Numbers is recognized as a Winning Ticket.
4.2. Each Line can secure only one Prize in the Game.

6.2. In the event that the allocated funds for Fixed Prize pools are insufficient to cover all Prizes owed to Winning Ticket holders, the Company will supplement the pool from funds designated for Pari-mutuel Prizes. Consequently, the actual Pari-mutuel Prizes may be smaller than those stipulated in Section 6.1.
6.3. If the allocated funds for Fixed Prize pools exceed the Company's obligation to pay Winning Ticket holders, the surplus funds will be utilized, at the Company's discretion, to enhance the pools of Pari-mutuel Prizes, with regards to their allocation
7.1. You retain the option to cancel a Ticket purchase before confirming by pressing the "Buy Ticket" button.
7.2. The Company maintains the right to postpone or cancel any Games, subject to the conditions outlined in the Terms.
